50 Year Anniversary Menu
Ludo and Andy are celebrating 50 years of Stoke Mill restaurant by offering a new Taster Menu for £50
Celebrate some of the fabulous dishes from over the past fifty years of Stoke Mill hospitality. From classic Avocado Monte Carlo to Scallop with Thai Green Curry (served in the Michelin starred tasting restaurant of STORE), all the way back to Flambé Steak, we will guide you through the food that has changed and evolved over the years. We’re also including some of the classics from the current Stoke Mill menu including our Cheese Soufflé.
We are also able to offer a vegetarian option.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all bills.

Snacks starred in Michelin Star restaurant STORE in 2020. Liam and Andy got together during the Covid pandemic and created the idea of Store whilst cooking take away Fish & Chips in lockdown. STORE started with just the two of them, with Hazel joining the team later.
Baker Tom Bread
Baker Tom started baking bread for the Mill and STORE restaurant back in 2020 and we hope to be selling his bread for years to come. Norfolk crunch flour sour dough using this original starter from 20 years ago.
Avocado Prawn Monte Carlo Tart
From the original Stoke Mill menu in1975 and was one of the best-selling starters for over 20 years. Brought up to date with lime zesty avocado, BBQ prawns and homemade Marie rose sauce. This will bring back fond memories for Ludo’s family, of the thriving restaurant in the 70’s and 80’s.
Cheese Soufflé
Inspired from Andy’s time at La Gavroche, Soufflé Suissesse is by far the best selling dish at Stoke Mill. A mainstay of the Stoke Mill menu for the past 10 years, we use Norfolk Alpine Cheddar giving it a rich yet light, creamy flavour. This classically Baked Cheese Soufflé in a double cream sauce is served with extra cheese, grated at your table if requested.
Scallops Green Thai Radish 2020 Michelin restaurant STORE – supplement £18
Liam brought Asian flavours to Michelin star STORE restaurant with the fusion of a large scallop
with the lightly spiced Green Thai sauce picked radish.
Beef Fillet BBQ Short Rib
1975 original Stoke Mill BBQ beef fillet, alongside STORE restaurant short rib, served at the table with classic1975 flambé Diane sauce. Flambé steak Diane sauce table-side is one of the dishes the original restaurant became famous for.

Halibut Fillet Paella
After a 2017 trip to San Sebastian with Ludo and our wine supplier, Andy fell in love with the classic Valencian paella. The dish has stood the test of time always selling out when on the menu.

In 2024 we introduced the cheese trolley to Stoke Mill serving local and European cheeses table-side with home-made chutney and crackers.
Bakewell Tart, Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream
A 2013 Stoke Mill classic dessert made a little bit smaller and more refined. Cooked to order and served warm.
Last Bite
In 2020 Liam brought this technique from 2 Michelin starred restaurant and Hazel has continued making this delicious aerated treat with the excellent Valrhona chocolate ever since.
