Stoke Mill
The Story So Far
Stoke Mill was founded by Ludo’s father Rio in 1975 becoming one of the places to be in Norwich for many years fast forward to 2012 when Andy and Ludo started the current Mill adventure giving it a complete transformation into what we have now. Over the last 10 years the Mill has gone from strength to strength, in 2023 we were awarded a Michelin Star for our Restaurant STORE this space has now been transformed into the Chef‘s table dining experience, where Andy and Hazel cook up some of the amazing Michelin Star dishes that STORE was renowned for. This landmark Colman’s mustard mill is proud to be celebrating 50 years as a renowned Norfolk Restaurant and as a result a 50 year menu has been created to celebrate some of our best dishes.

Award winning chef
Andy Rudd is co-owner and chef patron.Within the first year of Stoke Mills refurbishment, Andy secured the Norfolk Food & Drink Award. Since then he has continued to drive the high quality dishes that Stoke Mill has become known for.
Historic Location
In 1814 Colmans starting milling and making Mustard here at Stoke Mill. In 2013 Ludo and Andy sensitively restored Stoke Mill to what is now a bustling, relaxed and airy dining room.
Fresh Ingredients
All of our food is lovingly prepared by our chef patron Andy and his team. We always use fresh ingredients and source organic local produce when possible. We often change our menu as Andy gets new inspiration for new dishes.
