Historic Location
In 1814 Colmans started milling and making Mustard here at Stoke Mill. In 2013 Ludo and Andy sensitively restored Stoke Mill to what is now a bustling, relaxed and airy dining room.
Fresh Ingredients
All of our food is lovingly prepared by our chef patron Andy and his team. We always use fresh ingredients and source organic local produce when possible. We often change our menu as Andy gets inspiration for new dishes.
Award winning Chef
Andy Rudd is co-owner and chef patron. Within the first year of Stoke Mills refurbishment, Andy secured the Norfolk Food & Drink Award. Since then he has continued to drive the high quality dishes that Stoke Mill has become known for.
Nestled on the River Tas, this historic setting spans over 700 years of heritage, yet inside reveals a refined and distinctly modern fine dining experience.
