Who doesn’t love a Beef Wellington?!
As a special Christmas treat, we are going to be making some beef wellingtons. Available to collect on December 24th oven ready for you to cook in your own home for your Christmas celebrations.

These absolute beauties will be hand crafted by STORE chefs, Liam Nichols and Hazel Yuill. The seared beef fillet will be brushed with Colmans mustard, wrapped around some truffle mushroom duxelles, bound with spinach and encased in a thin layer of chive crepe before being beautifully wrapped in French puff pastry and glazed with egg yolk ready to be cooked in your oven.

Wellington will come with cooking guidelines.

Price £120 each and will feed 4-6 people appetite depending.
